future hangar.
This innovative design allows us to build 100% customized
hangars through an agile and economical process.
Okatent’s diaphanous hangars will adapt as your business
grows. It can expanded or be relocated, guaranteeing its
structural resistance and weatherproof.
Structure: Formed of arches made of structural aluminium or cold-formed hot-dip galvanized steel, depending on the needs of each project. It ensures structural rigidity and durability in demanding operating conditions.
Foundation: Our hangars can be fixed to the existing apron without damaging it. If there is none, we can design an built a new apron for your hangar.
Roof: Inflated double layer of PVC-covered polyester membrane. It is heavy duty, waterproof and fire approved (EN 13501). Opaque membrane is an option.

What are they made of? Two layers of PVC-coated polyester membrane with an air chamber in between.
How does it work? Constantly under pressure, using an automatic low consumption compressor, working only when it’s necessary
What are their main applications? Ideal for medium to large hangars, specially in harsh climates.
Our OKCAS® (Okatent Cushion Air System) is designed
to maximize thermal and acoustic insulation by creating
a pressurized air chamber in the hangar’s roof. This
innovative system reduces energy consumption and
increases the durability of the structures.
Fast deployment: Starting from 3 months.
Flexibility: Turnkey project or just the structure and envelope.
Ease of relocation: Relocatable if you choose to move your business elsewhere.
Without a trace: If disassembled, the concrete slab will remain undamaged, as if the hangar had never been there.
Weather resistance: Designed to withstand adverse weather conditions of wind,
rain and snow.

Long life and lowmaintenance: Hangars are designed to last as long as possible
with minimum maintenance effort.
Certification: Suitable for EASA Part-145 Certification.
Sustainable: Possibility to install solar panels.
Recyclable and reusable: Relocate your hangar as many times as you want. Metallic structures are 100% recyclable.
Aircraft storage: Provide safe enviroments for storing airplanes, helicopters and other aircrafts.
Maintenance and repair (MRO): Facilitate aircraft maintenance and repair operations.
Private aviation facilities: Used by private aircraft owners to store and maintain their fleets.
Military fleets: Storage and maintenance of military cargo
aircrafts, fighters, helicopters…
Flight and training academy: All services at one facility. Classrooms, simulators and aircraft shelters in the same building.
Industrial use: In addition to aviation, they can be adapted for other industrial uses, such as warehouse or logistic centre.
Spare parts storage: Provides space to store parts and components needed for aircraft maintenance.
Events and exhibitions: Use it as temporary spaces for trade shows, exhibitions or aviation-related events.
