#Modular pavilions for Volkswagen’s new MEB platform
Pabellones modulares para la nueva plataforma MEB de Volkswagen
As they say in this article in the newspaper “Navarra newspaper”, This project, formalized on July 21, 2023, represents a technical and logistical challenge that we successfully completed in less than four months. Here are more details about this impressive engineering deployment.
Characteristics of the modular pavilions of Volkswagen Navarra
Each of the three modular pavilions installed at Volkswagen Navarra has been designed with advanced technical specifications to ensure durability and functionality. Here are the most outstanding features:
Pressurized cover with OKCAS system
Textile ceiling, composed of two translucent white PVC tarpaulins with TIO2 treatment, including an airtight air chamber. This system , allows excellent natural lighting and efficient thermal insulation.
Lateral enclosure
Rigid double-sheet sandwich panel,Manufactured with high density rock wool and 100 mm thick. This material ensures superior acoustic and thermal insulation, in addition to being fire resistant.
Measurements and specifications of each pavilion
- Pavilion N1E: 35x150x6,5 m.
- Pavilion N1F: 55x95x6,5 m.
- Pavilion N1G: 50x95x6,5 m.
El total de metros cuadrados instalados alcanza los 15.725 m², proporcionando un amplio espacio para las nuevas líneas de producción de Volkswagen.
