Installation of the structure on scaffolding eight stories high.
The main challenge of this sports pavilion was the location and structure of the facility. The modular structure was built on an eight-story high scaffolding, which required an exhaustive technical development for more than a year and a half. This project involved not only the creation of a paddle roof, but also a meticulous calculation of the stresses and loads of the tent on the scaffolding.

Technological development and innovative design of the paddle tennis pavilion.
To guarantee the stability and safety of the structure, it was necessary to design a reinforced scaffolding capable of supporting all the loads derived from the roof. In addition, trusses were developed between the bases of the structure that, being lightweight, could distribute these stresses to the largest possible surface area without overloading the scaffolding. This design phase was crucial to ensure that the installation met the highest standards of safety and functionality.
Manufacture and installation of the paddle deck
Once the technological development was completed, the roof components were fabricated. Installation was equally complex, as heavy machinery could not be used due to the height and structure of the scaffolding. Each step of the process was carefully planned and executed to ensure safe and efficient assembly.

The end result is a paddle tennis club with eight indoor courts with a 10-meter-high structure, all of which are mounted on scaffolding that is completely concealed. The main structure was designed in aluminum to minimize weight and avoid overloading the scaffolding. For the roof, a textile membrane with an air chamber was used, a system developed by Okatent known as OCKAS®, which guarantees optimum thermal comfort and prevents condensation. The sides were constructed with polyurethane sandwich panels, covered with galvanized and pre-lacquered steel sheet, providing a solid appearance and a high-quality finish.
