Sports cover installed for R Padel Indoor Club
This sports facility was designed for the R Padel Indoor Club, one of the reference padel complexes in the province of Barcelona. This club is located in an industrial estate in Sant Fruitós del Bages and has an area of 3,920 m² designed so that padel lovers can enjoy high-quality facilities.
Seven indoor courts to play padel all year round
Inside the pavilion there are seven padel courts with artificial grass flooring. Thanks to the spaciousness of the roof, the courts have been installed with space between them. Although at first glance they may look the same, each court has its own design according to the needs of the players or the competition:

Five keys that make this sports cover special
Discover some of the main features that make this pavilion different from standard sports covers:
- The design of the structure is 100% customized: The arched frame of the pavilion was created to maximize space and achieve greater height. In addition, the curved design improves the properties and resistance of the cover.
- The cover is snow-proof: The facility features the OKCAS pressurization system (Okatent Cushion Air System), which inflates the roof canvas, improving thermal insulation and facilitating the evacuation of water or snow.
- A large-scale structure: The size of the structure is remarkable, as the tent covers an area of 2,400 m². The cover measures 40 meters wide, 60 meters long and 7 meters high.
- The sides provide maximum insulation for the interior: The sides installed in the pavilion are made of sandwich panels to prevent noise and cold/heat from entering the tent. In addition, the color of the sides was chosen to integrate with the club’s colors.
- The distance between the courts: The separation between courts allows comfortable access to each one. And not only that – having this space also provides rest areas for players and fans.
Did you know… the outer profile of the cover is designed to improve the properties of the tent, but it was also created to be visually attractive?
Much more than a cover for padel courts
This sports cover is part of a luxury sports complex that includes a padel school, a restaurant with capacity for 100 diners, an outdoor chill-out area and an open-air children’s playground. In addition, the façade of the tent features an illuminated sign with the club’s logo, visible from the main road.
